I am afraid this is a silly question, but here it goes:
I purchased the software and my computer had to be formatted. I would like to download it again-- I can provide the credit card it was bought with, my ID, or anything to confirm/proof that the purchase was made, but I am not sure how to proceed?

From the SV Pro folder I've gone into examples/HTML Embed/box example and put together the page as desired - as the source files are a few folders down from my main files, where should I put them in relation to each other, so when options are changed in ActionScript they make changes to my actual gallery?

Clearly haven't got my coffee hat on this morning.

I have the two next/back buttons positioned outside of the actual image, which is what I wanted. But now I want to disable the rollover effect that hides or shows them.

I want the next/back button's to remain visible all the time. 

I'm looking at the file RolloverButton.as, but I'm not sure how I can safely modify this to disable this effect. Any suggestions?

I realize that on the FIRST image, only the NEXT button appears.  I can live with that, but if it means having both next and back buttons appear all the time, I can live with that, as well.

Any help?

And while we're at it, the hit space for these two buttons expands quite a way to the main image itself.  The hit space does NOT even cover the button icon itself - how does the hit space work?  The ImageNextButton is a square, 70 x 88.85 px, but how do I adjust the hit space area to correspond to the button itself?

Recently I had to reformat my pc and I am in the middle of the arduous task of reinstalling all the plugins etc. What fun 

I purchased SimpleViewer Pro (v1.9) about 18 months ago (?) and alas, I cannot find any information on my backed-up emails nor can I find info online about reinstalling without having to pay again.

What should I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I still use Simpleviewer for many reasons, but I'd prefer that the arrows were outside the image itself, positioned FIXED to the outer edge of the .swf file.  Such as this:

(This gallery is OK, but it takes forever to load every image.  With Simpleviewer, images load sequentially.)

And the arrows don't have to appear on hover, either. they can remain ON all the time.

Comments, anyone?

I just wanted to make another gallery and hence copied and pasted the other working galleries while making some changes but I just simply cannot see my error!  The owner of the site has been patiently waiting but I guess working with a migraine hasn't proven to be fruitful.  If you could contact me on email it would much appreciated.

I recently created a gallery using SV Builder pro which I then uploaded to my Front Page website. However, it didn't resemble the gallery that I had saved - the gallery was cropped and the background wasn't the right color so it didn't blend in with the page.

Can you tell me if it is possible to create a FP gallery in the builder and, if so, which code I need to add to the page after I have uploaded the gallery folder?

I'm using Simpleviewer for my portfolio on my website. But there is a problem with it in IE8, but no problem in Firefox or Chrome or IE9. As you can see, I've used Iframe in my code.
I've also tried using the embed code, but it didn't work.

Three questions:
1. will this absolutely make it so that a gallery's content is fresh for each visit?
2. if I'm using simpleviewer galleries within svmanager, does that line just go into the svmaster/index.php?
3. do I have to do anything besides adding the line to apply the change to pre-existing galleries within the svmanager folder?
