Topic: Problems in Linux Hosting

Hello, I've got a Linux Hosting and I can't view the images when I upload the archives. It appears a white cross like a missing link and therefore I can't see the images.

I`ve talk to my Hosting Services and they don't have any solution.

Can someone help me?  :rolleyes:

Does your gallery work locally? If so, check the your filename letter cases exactly match the filenames in the XML document.

Hello, I've had a site that uses simpleviewer for awhile now and it worked rather well. I just recently converted my hosting server from windows based to linux based and through the process made it so my images don't load, all I get is a gray X. Could it be a permissions issue?
PS: My gallery works locally.

Linux servers are typically case sensitive whereas .NET servers may not be. Check your filename letter cases in gallery.xml match the actual filenames.
