Topic: How to embed the genterated gallery into a PHP page

I am probably going about this the wrong way.  If so I would appriciate some help.
I am a novice with CSS and such.  I am creating my galleries using svmanager (best $35 I every spent).
I was thinking I would create a web page with the navi bar, header and footer that I want and then just include the index.php page in the body.
Can someone show me how to do this?  If I am on the wrong track and there is an easier way to do this I would appriciate the help.

This is definitely a Frequently Asked Question so I've just written a short tutorial explaining how the gallery page works and which bits you can mess around with. I didn't have a whole lot of time to spend on writing it so if there are any confusing (or plain wrong) bits in there then please let me know via the forum.
