Topic: Firefox - Blue background

Good morning all, i am working with Simpleviewer and using Porta aswell, i am producing a number of albums but have experienced an issue with background colour of the album in Firefox.

Everything works fine in IE, it is FFox that experiences this blue background trouble, am i missing anything?

If someone could please offer any advice, it would be much appreciated..

It's really weird. I have the same problem. At home my background is black in both FF and IE6. At work it is blue in IE6 (and so is yours by the way). Autoviewer however is medium gray (instead of black) at work.

I'm trying to figure out what this is about but haven't been able to find anything yet.

Hi, not sure if there is a bug in Porta, but you are missing the 

bgcolor="#0099cc"

parameter in your embed tag. Adding that will set the background color for FireFox.

Alternatively you could use the HTML page that comes with the SimpleViewer download as a guide. This will work in both browsers and also avoid the IE 'active content update' issue.
