Topic: command "include" with SV doesn´t work

I have file odkazy.php, where is SV gallery and it works (It is complete html page).
If I want paste odkazy.php into index.php trough "include" command, it doesn´t work.
Including other thinks is ok too.
It is possible to do it this way?
How?

I have pages on local computer using XAMPP.
Can I send archive oh this pages to some mail or ftp?
Is it possible?
If it is not, I can use some free hosting to place pages, or paste content of files here manually as text-better for me. These files are very short.
