Topic: SVv2 and Picasa - index.html, iFrame information?

I'm horribly new to web design.  I have a site designed through iWeb (www.carolinedevereaux.com), and was hoping to use an iFrame to embed a simpleviewer gallery on the site.

I have picasa installed, and I can generate the SV gallery and see it in a browser window (looks fine, but large for my site.) but I'm not sure where to go from there. I've been looking at the support page: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … late.html.
I need a white background, but when I try to open "index.html" in Textedit, it opens a document with a webpage in it, and this notification: "SimpleViewer requires JavaScript and the Flash Player. Get Flash."

Also, when I stick the gallery.xml file on my FTP site, where can I get the code for the iFrame?  i know I need the HTML, but have no idea where to get it.

Helllllllllllpppppppppp.  I just want a nice looking portfolio, not hours of coding!

Love, c
