Topic: Dreaded "Gallery XML not found"

OK, I have simpleviewer pro.  I made a gallery with svbuilder and uploaded to my site.

I chose to use the basic embed code, rather than the javascript.

This is a Drupal website. The page in question is: http://www.cpefound.org.php5-14.dfw1-1. … om/gallery

Here is the embed code:

<object width="100%" height="100%"><param name="movie" value="sites/default/files/web/simpleviewer.swf"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><param name="bgcolor" value="666666"></param><param name="flashVars" value="galleryURL=http://www.cpefound.org.php5-14.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com/sites/default/files/web/" /><embed src="sites/default/files/web/simpleviewer.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="100%" height="100%" bgcolor="666666"></embed></object>

Looked through the forums and can't seem to work out a solution.  Still get the Dreaded "Gallery XML not found"

Any help would be great.

Re: Dreaded "Gallery XML not found"

From your code:

<param name="flashVars" value="galleryURL=http://www.cpefound.org.php5-14.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com/sites/default/files/web/" />

I would suggest using the SWFObject/JavaScript method as it works better with all browsers. If you really want to use the object(basic) embed method I would suggest you compare your code to the embed page examples as they do not match up. In addition galleryURL should point to the location of your gallery.xml not a folder, galleryURL=theFloder/gallery.xml. If you need to point to the folder where your gallery is located use baseURL.
