Topic: Cannot download SimpleViewer Pro

Hi,
I purchased SimpleViewer Pro today and the download is not working.  It freezes at 11% completion.  I have made 2 attempts at the download.

I already sent an email to felix & contact @ simpleviewer with no response.

I'm hoping you can assist me.
