Topic: Images loading; not showing up until click?

Hey there,

I'm pretty sure we're using SimpleViewer-Pro v2 on a pretty simple website. Everything works out fine but it won't automatically show the first image in a series until a thumb is clicked. Then everything works as it should. Any ideas on why it's doing this?

The problem is caused by the fact that the SWF is being loaded from 'http://richmondent.com/' (without the 'www') and the images are being loaded from 'http://www.richmondent.com/' (with the www).

The Flash player throws a security error when images are loaded from a different sub-domain than the SWF.

The easiest solution is to use relative image URLS in the gallery XML file instead of absolute ones. Check the FAQ here for more information: http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewe … trouble_11
