Topic: tiltviewer gallery inserted, now images don't show up;everything white

Dear,

I have installed and embedded the tiltviewer onto my website. And I read through the whole forum, but can't seem to find why my gallery is not working.

This is the website address with the gallery:    http://www.visionincluded.com/agency.php
The images should be in this folder and they work when I go directly to them:          http://www.visionincluded.com/images/agency
(for instance: http://www.visionincluded.com/images/agency/01.jpg )
Then the gallery.xml file is located here: http://www.visionincluded.com/gallery.xml  and reads like this (small excerpt):

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<gallery frameColor="0xffffff" frameWidth="15" imagePadding="20" displayTime="6" enableRightClickOpen="false">
<image>
   <url>http://www.visionincluded.com/images/agency/01.jpg</url>
   <caption>gate towards the hall of painting.jpg</caption>
   <width>800</width>
   <height>533</height>
</image>

I appreciate your help in this issue;
thanks a lot!

Re: tiltviewer gallery inserted, now images don't show up;everything white

The gallery at http://www.visionincluded.com/agency.php has the line fo.addVariable("xmlURL", "agency/gallery.xml"); so it's using the file http://www.visionincluded.com/agency/gallery.xml to define the images in the gallery (not http://www.visionincluded.com/gallery.xml).

The XML file in use has entries such as <url>images/04.jpg</url> and all relative paths are relative to the HTML page containing the swf (ie. http://www.visionincluded.com/agency.php) so it's looking for the images in the directory http://www.visionincluded.com/images/ and they are not there.

Dear Steven,

thank you very much for your quick and adequate reply. It is working again now.
I basically moved everything from all the subfolders into the root and recreated the gallery.xml and the image folder, as to avoid the kind of mistakes you mentioned.

I very much appreciate the work you're doing at this forum!
Thanks again,
