Topic: colors are messed up

I have tried to create a gallery using svBuilder-Pro with the standard settings but somehow the colors are messed up. The borders and fotos have a yellowish touch to them.

Just see for yourself: http://www.neue-szene.de/SimpleViewer.jpg

On the left side you see the svBuilder-Pro and everything is fine. On the right side you see the published HTML page and everything is yellowish. I have tried all kinds of settings and different browsers too but the problem shows up every single time. I have no clue as to what could be wrong.  sad

solves the problem. Thanks.

Re: colors are messed up

I'm having the same issue. It is fine in Firefox and Safari, but yellow toned in IE8.
Checked the support page first, copied in the code with the following customizations, and it is not working.  The page now shows up blank, where as it was working before.

SV.simpleviewer.load("sv-container", "850", "585", "FFFFFF", true, null, {wmode : "opaque"});

Tried again with just copy and pasting the exact code from support page, and both times I receive this error:

Webpage error details

my page is up and working (with yellow tone) at www.akitchenforless.com/products.html

any suggestions??

Re: colors are messed up

I don't see the color cast in either IE8 or Firefox.
Also, it would be useful to troubleshoot the gallery giving the error rather than a working gallery.
Seeing the working gallery and knowing the problem that you are describing (but unable to see the color cast for myself), my advice would be to do what you have already done.
Would it be possible for you to try again and upload and post a link to the gallery that gives the error so that we can see the error and code for ourselves?

Re: colors are messed up

Hi Kizat,

maybe I can help. Your code is missing one });
Just add that and you will be fine.

This is what my loader looks like:

        <script src="svcore/js/simpleviewer.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
        <script type="text/javascript">
        $(document).ready(function () {
        SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '784', '700', '333333',true, {galleryURL : "gallery.xml"},
        {wmode : "opaque"});});
        </script>

Working fine with IE.

Re: colors are messed up

Good catch, resmedia.
Just add the line:

});

... after the line:

SV.simpleviewer.load("sv-container", "850", "585", "FFFFFF", true, null, {wmode : "opaque"});

Re: colors are messed up

aah, thanks resmedia!

adding the extra line worked like a charm!
