Topic: Thumbnail size not reflected in xml

Hello,

After changing the thumbnail size in svBuilder-pro and publishing the gallery, the thumbnail size always goes back to the default size (75). Also the selected value is not relfected in the xml.

Cheers,
Benoist

Re: Thumbnail size not reflected in xml

You can change the thumbnail dimensions either via:
(1) the 'Thumbnail Size' text field on the 'Images' page or
(2) the 'Thumb Width' and 'Thumb Height' text fields on the 'Customize' page

Try both of these options.  On the Publish page, select the 'View in Browser' checkbox and when you click 'Save' on the 'Publish' page, the gallery will be displayed in your default browser and the new thumbnail dimensions should be visible in the gallery.

Re: Thumbnail size not reflected in xml

Hello,

Still not working :
- Flickr gallery
- Custromise > Thumbnails > change width and height
- looks good on the preview
- Publish...

Thumb Width and Height back to 75 always !

Re: Thumbnail size not reflected in xml

This only seems to happen when creating a Flickr gallery.
I'm not sure it this is by design or not (being that you won't be able to create your own thumbnails of specified proportions when feeding the viewer Flickr images) but the workaround is just to edit the XML file and add the thumbWidth and thumbHeight entries.

Re: Thumbnail size not reflected in xml

Flickr galleries do not support thumbnail sizes other than 75x75, as this is the thumbnail size that Flickr creates on it's servers. As mentioned, you can edit the XML directly if you want to stretch the thumbnail images.
