i'm using the last version of simpleviewer 2.0.5 on my WP blog
The file /uploads is correctly in 777 mode and the XML is ok
the problem is that the galery is not displayed in my post
for example : http://www.10live.fr/blog/?p=213
What can I do ?
There are better results on google chrome, i can see the thumbs ! but not the ful scale image... :(
I notice your images are progressive JPEGs. Try resaving them as non-progressive and then reuploading them.

I tried your solution but it doesn't work anymore...
On mozilla firefox for mac, i've nothing displayed and on PC simpleviewer is loaded but doesn't display the ful scale image
I see in your XML file http://www.10live.fr/blog/wp-content/uploads/5.xml that you have a frameWidth of 650 (and the frame color is white) so the gallery is probably just displaying the top left corner of a huge frame.
Change the frameWidth to something much smaller (like the default value of 20).

The image frame is the white border surrounding the main image.
If the frame color and the background color are the same, then the frame will not be visible but it will still be there.
