Is it possible to set a link from every picture to a site?
(sorry, i am not english)

Re: Link from a picture...

Yes. Set 'imageClickMode' option to 'OPEN_URL'. Then set the linkURL for each image. http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewe … #mainimage

Re: Link from a picture...

Is it necessary to have the pro version to do this?

Re: Link from a picture...

@azwil

Yes. imageClickMode is a Pro-only configuration option: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … #mainimage
Instructions for upgrading WP-SimpleViewer from SimpleViewer Standard to SimpleViewer Pro can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … iewer/#pro
imageClickMode="OPEN_URL" should be entered into the Pro Options text area of the gallery options pop-up window.
The linkURL and linkTarget settings can be entered by manually editing the gallery's XML file which can be found in the 'wp-content/uploads/' folder.

Re: Link from a picture...

Thank you for the reply.  Please clarify something for me about this feature:  If I enable imageClickMode="OPEN_URL" then the only way to navigate the gallery will be with the thumbnails?  I am not sure how important this is to my visitors, but I use the side arrows to scan through the gallery myself.

On a related topic, can I create a caption with simpleviewer that contains a link in it?

The main image navigation arrows will no longer be present but viewers can use either the thumbnails or arrow keys to navigate through the gallery.
