Topic: when white turns yellow, grey turns pink-ish...

Hello everyone,

I read many topics about the color problems...I haven't found any solution so far.
When I use flash, white turns kind of yellow, the background which is meant to be white displays very thin lines and is yellow-ish too.
When I do not use flash there is no problem.
Before I used the free version, colors were perfect!

I downloaded the version 2.1.1 and used the color correction it didn't work. I also converted my images to sRGB with photoshop.

Thanks for your help!

Try setting the wmode parameter to 'transparent':

<!--START SIMPLEVIEWER EMBED.-->
<script type="text/javascript" src="svcore/js/simpleviewer.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
var params = {};
params.wmode="transparent";
jQuery(document).ready(function () {
SV.simpleviewer.load("sv-container", "100%", "100%", "222222", true, null, params);
});
</script>
<div id="sv-container"></div>
<!-- END SIMPLEVIEWER EMBED -->

Are you sure? Please try creating a new gallery from scratch with "Use Color Correction" unchecked. If it doesn't work, please post a URL of the gallery so I can take a look.

uncheckin colour correction is the fix to this problem, as mentioned above.
