Topic: Adobe Air won't install in PCLinuxOS - can I hand code?

Hi - having downloaded the latest simpleviewer I found out that there is no version of adobeair (rpm) for PCLOS - quite a bit on it on their forums.  I have tried D/L'ing the rpm from Adobe's site but it won't install.  So, of course, that means no install for svbuilder.

Is it possible to hand code the relevant files to embed simpleviewer in a web page?  If so, is their a guide anywhere?

I did the same for tiltviewer pro following the various guides you provide.  However, the person I am doing the website for has now decided that they do not like tiltviewer pro, so money down the drain (I am not planning to use it for any other sites!)

Yes, you could use the sample gallery in the SimpleViewer download package ('simpleviewer_211/web/') as a template and edit this to suit your needs.
A full description of SimpleViewer Standard Options (which should be used as attributes in the opening <simpleviewergallery> tag in the gallery's XML file) can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … tions.html
(Pro options here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … tions.html.)
Once you have configured your gallery by setting the relevant XML options, you can embed a gallery in an existing page by following the instructions here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … dding.html

Thanks Steven - give it a go tomorrow.

Don't suppose there is any chance of swapping simpleviewer pro for tiltviewer pro now that I have no need of it?  hmm
