Topic: Yet another thumbnail problem

Hi there,

We created a gallery using svBuilder, uploaded the files and embedded in a way we believe is correct, but the thumbnail navigation doesn't appear. We've tried experimenting with it - changing the location, etc. - but the single large image takes up the entirety of the defined gallery space.

You can see the gallery live here.

Any ideas? I looked through several other posts about thumbnail issues here, but nothing was relevant to our situation. Thanks in advance!

Re: Yet another thumbnail problem

Your embedding code uses the following line:

SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '960', '100%', 'transparent', false );

The 'false' entry in this line sets the useFlash Embed Code Parameter to 'false' effectively forcing the gallery to use mobile mode and to not use Flash.  SimpleViewer does not display thumbnails in mobile mode.
Change the 'false' to 'true' and the gallery will use Flash (with thumbnails) if Flash Player is detected in the user's browser, only falling back to mobile mode if Flash Player is not detected.

Thanks - that fixed it. Interestingly, I explicitly made sure the box for "Use Flash" was checked using svBuilder.
