Topic: layout issue in IE7 & 8

If I set a height for the Simpleviewer gallery on this site it works great in all
browsers from what I can tell, except IE, where it does not show up at
all. If I leave the height set at 100%, it looks fine at lower resolutions, but is
too long at higher resolutions. Here is the version that works in all
but IE. You can see that the columns are the same height at any
resolution:

This one shows the gallery in IE, but the height of the gallery div
varies depending on the resolution. The gallery height set at 100%.  I
have set a div height of 550px, which is ignored apparently:

any suggestions are welcome

If you replace the Doctype in your HTML test page with the one below and clear your browser's cache does it work?

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Re: layout issue in IE7 & 8

You are using an older version of SimpleViewer try upgrading to SimpleViewer 2.1.2 or remove the px from 500px. Make sure to clear your browser's cache after making the change.
