Topic: frameWidth inactive

Hello,
Sorry for my English is not the best.
I use Tiltviewer pro on a website and I have a problem with frameWidth variable.
There is no change when I modify the value.

My configuration :

    <script type="text/javascript" src="pages/tiltviewer/swfobject.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
        var fo = new SWFObject("pages/tiltviewer/TiltViewer.swf", "viewer", "100%", "600", "9", "#020202");

        // TILTVIEWER-PRO CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
        // To use these options, uncomment them by removing the '//' at the start of the line
        // For a description of config options, go to:
        // http://www.airtightinteractive.com/projects/tiltviewer/pro/config_options.html
        //

        fo.addVariable("useFlickr", "false");
        fo.addVariable("xmlURL", "pages/communication/communication.xml");
        fo.addVariable("maxJPGSize","640");
        fo.addVariable("columns", "7");
        fo.addVariable("rows", "2");
        fo.addVariable("backColor", "0x009DDF");

        fo.addVariable("showLinkButton", "false");
        fo.addVariable("zoomedInDistance", "1000");
        fo.addVariable("zoomedOutDistance", "4000");
        fo.addVariable("fontName", "Verdana");
        fo.addVariable("titleFontSize", "50");
        fo.addVariable("descriptionFontSize", "25");

        fo.addVariable("frameColor", "0x009DDF");
        fo.addVariable("bkgndInnerColor", "0x020202");
        fo.addVariable("bkgndOuterColor", "0x020202");

        fo.addVariable("frameWidth", "10");
        //
        // END TILTVIEWER-PRO CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

        fo.addParam("allowFullScreen","true");
        fo.write("flashcontent");
    </script>

For example, fontName, titleFontSize and descriptionFontSize pro options are OK but frameWidth has no influence.
I would like to reduce width of frames around thumbnails.
Where is the problem? Do you have any idea?
Thanks for your responses.

Re: frameWidth inactive

I have just used your code above in a test gallery and changing the frameWidth does change the width of the frames.
There is a noticable difference between, say:

fo.addVariable("frameWidth", "10");

... and:

fo.addVariable("frameWidth", "100");

Make sure you clear your browser's cache in order to see any changes made.

Re: frameWidth inactive

Thanks for your response.
But I see no change...
I clear my browser's cache (Firefox) et I have tried with another browser (Chrome) with same result

Is there significance in the order of variables?

Re: frameWidth inactive

No, the order of the variables in the embedding code should not matter, as long as they all come between var fo = new SWFObject... and fo.write("flashcontent");
Please post a URL to your gallery so that we can take a look and see if the gallery's frame width obeys the frameWidth value set in your gallery's HTML index file.

thank you for your help

Re: frameWidth inactive

Thanks for providing the link to your gallery.
The file you are using is TiltViewer Pro v1.2.
The frameWidth option was introduced in v1.3 (see the TiltViewer version history for details) and the most recent version is v1.3.1.
The frameWidth should work if you upgrade TiltViewer Pro.
Upgrades are free within the same major version number so you can download the latest version using the link from your purchase email.  If you cannot find the email or your link has expired, please fill in this form to receive a new link.
