Topic: Using SV Pro with TTG stage...?

Hi.

I am currently using TTG Simpleviewer with TTG Stage (HTML page) for my website. However, I am looking to make my website compatible with mobile devices, and understand that using Simpleviewer Pro would allow me to do so.

Anyhow, I have purchased Simpleviewer Pro and wanted to hear how to best embed it with the already existing HTML page that is present on my website ( www.holstphotographic.com ).

Would I be able to just export the individual SV Pro galleries, and thereafter then just replace the 'old' Simpleviewer galleries currently present in my website folders on my FTP server, with the 'new' SV Pro galleries?

And would that be compatible with being able to view the SV Pro galleries on a mobile device?

Or will I have to go a more complicated route to make my site mobile friendly?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: Using SV Pro with TTG stage...?

Both SimpleViewer Standard and Pro support Universal Playback (for mobile devices and browsers that do not have Adobe Flash Player installed) since v2.1.

In order to support Universal Playback, the embedding code has changed significantly (and there are now several core files required rather than just a single SWF file).

Existing galleries prior to v2.1 can be converted to the latest version by using svBuilder-Pro and following the instructions here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … grade.html

The embedding code for the current version (which should replace the existing embedding code in your HTML page) can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … html#embed

If your site incorporates many galleries, you might like to store only one copy of the 'svcore' folder on your server and share it between galleries: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … tml#svcore
