Topic: Full Screen background color

Can anyone tell me how to get the background to be just one color when the full screen button is clicked? I have a white background set when in non full screen mode but when I click the full screen tab I get brown under the thumbnails and white under my images. Cannot seem to find the setting I must have ticked to make this happen. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Full Screen background color

If setting a color via an Embed Code Parameter such as:

simpleviewer.load("sv-container", "100%", "100%", "222222", true);

... then the color should be used for both normal and fullscreen modes (and should be consistent across the screen).
Please post a URL to your gallery so that we can take a look.

Re: Full Screen background color

Thanks for the quick reply & help.

Ok tired replacing 22222 in your exmaple with #FFFFFF which makes full screen all white bg - perfect - but in non full screen mode now I get a yellow hue over both the button and image area. I can't really send the url as it is proprietary content our members pay for so can't make public.

Re: Full Screen background color

Try changing the useColorCorrection Embed Code Parameter.
The default setting is 'TRUE' so try setting it to 'FALSE', ie:

simpleviewer.load("sv-container", "100%", "100%", "222222", true, null, null, null, false);

If using svBuilder-Pro, deselect the 'Use Color Correction' checkbox on the 'Customization' tab.
