Topic: Allowable Pixel Size in Pro

Hi,

When attempting to upload an image into SV Builder, a pop-up indicated the following:

"Error resizing image: 'finalOceTDS348.jpg'. Possibly the image was too large or invalid. Images must be smaller than 4095 x 4095 pixels."

With this, does SV Pro permit a higher pixel rate/resolution?

Thanks!

Re: Allowable Pixel Size in Pro

4095 x 4095 is the maximum image size in both svBuilder and svBuilder-Pro.
This is a limitation of Adobe Air itself rather than svBuilder or svBuilder-Pro.
If you have images larger than 4095 x 4095, then you will need to resize them in another program before feeding them to svBuilder/svBuilder-Pro.

Re: Allowable Pixel Size in Pro

I wonder if you can handle larger than 4095 pixels in any way.
I just purchased version 2.3.1 and the first problem I encountered is this size limitation. I use Nikon D800e so the size of the picture is always larger than 4095 pixels. Inserting down-sizing process add more complication to my post production. If you consider handling large pixel, that would be fantastic.

Re: Allowable Pixel Size in Pro

The bitmap limits listed on this web page are imposed by the platform on which svBuilder-Pro runs (not svBuilder-Pro itself) and cannot be changed.
