Topic: Paths if you install in a folder/directory that is not the root

Because I have other folders/files with similar or the same names as some of the sv files, I want
ALL of the SV stuff to reside in a directory one level down.  I will call it sv.  So it'll be publi_html/sv

I have tried this and have had no luck.  Tried changing various urls to absolute values, but I think
I've probably mucked something up along the way.

Can someone point me to exactly what files/directories need to be adjusted to make SV work with
this sort of install?

Thanks.

Re: Paths if you install in a folder/directory that is not the root

Hey, thanks for the quick help.  I got it working now and it looks great.

But now I have discovered a new "issue."  I went to my gallery page on
my iPad and it is saying "can't find XML file."  The gallery works fine on
other traditional browsers and platforms (Mac/PC) so this it he only area
where I know there is a problem, though it could be happening on other
mobile devices as well.

I'd appreciate some guidance!

Thanks.

OK.  How stupid am I?  This is a Flash-based thing.  Doh!

Never mind...

SimpleViewer will work on an iPad. Please make sure you are using the latest version v2.1.3. If that doesn't fix it, please post the URL of your gallery so we can take a look.

Your gallery displays OK on my iPod Touch.
Try clearing your iPad's Safari cache before reloading the gallery to see any changes made.

Thanks.  I am now seeing it on my iPad.  I see how you implemented this.  Very nice.
My continued thanks for the insanely fast and friendly support!
