Topic: Do I have to re-purchase Simple Viewer pro?

My old power PC G5 died but I was able to save my data. I wanted to take the existing Simple Viewer Pro I purchased and had installed on my old computer and put it on my MacBook Pro laptop, but it doesn't show up in my Photoshop (CS3) when I go to automate to set up a gallery.

I tried uninstalling, and then reinstalling. Again same problem.

Question: Do I have to re-purchase and install Simple Viewer Pro again, just to now use on my laptop?

Thanks.
Cassen

Re: Do I have to re-purchase Simple Viewer pro?

Ok thanks! Miraculously I had printed a hard copy of my original download receipt, so I hope once I reinstall everything it should work again smoothly. Thanks again for your speedy response!

Re: Do I have to re-purchase Simple Viewer pro?

Three days ago, I posted my original purchase info (transaction ID etc..) to re-download the Simple View Pro software. I have not been given a link or a response from the website.
