Topic: Arrow click events

Hi,

In my gallery I´m using a custom button to display the toggle autoplay. This button has to states: play & stop, so when the user press the button, the gallery starts to play the images and the button change to stop state. And when it´s pressed again the state changes to the first option, play, and the gallery stops.

I would need to listent the arrows play-next and previous image events at the images to change my custom button state in this moments too.

Are there any possibilities to do this?

Here I have a gallery example:

Thanks in advance,

The SimpleViewer-Pro API event svImageChange is fired when the user selects a new image and can be listened for in ActionScript.
Please see this page for details: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … t/api.html

Re: Arrow click events

Thanks Steven for your reply,

I would need to listen to the click event instead of the svImageChange event because I need to separate the user click to the next-previous image from the autoplay button click. It's because if the autoplay is on and the image changes, that event will change the play-stop button state too.

Would you please tell me if there is a way to listen when the user clicks in the arrow next image button and ends the autoplay state?

Thank you

Re: Arrow click events

I do not think this is possible with the available API methods and events.
None of the getter methods return information about the AutoPlay status and there is no navigation button click event to listen out for.

Re: Arrow click events

You can use the 'svImageChange' event to detect when the user has clicked next or back: http://www.simpleviewer.net/simpleviewe … tml#events
