Try setting flickrImageSize="ORIGINAL" in your gallery's XML file.

The flickrImageSize="ORIGINAL" option can go anywhere amongst the other options as an attribute to the opening <simpleviewergallery> tag in your gallery's XML file, eg:

<simpleviewergallery
    useFlickr="true"
    flickrUserName="Bundy Collectors"
    flickrImageCount="500"
    flickrImageSize="ORIGINAL" />

To access the original image size the image's privacy must be set to public and its license set to Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike Creative Commons.

In addition to that, judging by the link you provided, it looks like you also require a Flickr Pro account.
