Topic: Images stretched in HTML gallery

Hi

My galleries work perfectly in Flash. I have the following options set:

Max Image Widht: 660
Max Image Height: 660 (all my images are either 660x440 or 440x660)
Gallery Width: 880px
Gallery Height: 780px (I set this so that the gallery shows nicely centered in Wordpress and does not crop the images)
imageScaleMode="NONE"

The problem is that when I open the gallery in a browser with no Flash support the images are stretched. Does the max image height and width and the imageScaleMode not apply to the HTML gallery? And is there a way to set the gallery not to stretch the images?

Thanks!

Re: Images stretched in HTML gallery

maxImageWidth, maxImageHeight and imageScaleMode are used only by the Flash Player.
The Mobile Player automatically scales up smaller images to fit the available image area as it was designed primarily to work with small screens on mobile devices.
This behavior cannot be changed.
The only customizable Mobile Player options available can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … tml#mobile

Re: Images stretched in HTML gallery

Thanks

Even when I open the gallery on my mobile (Opera Mini) the images are stretched.

Is there a way to change it in the code?

Re: Images stretched in HTML gallery

No. The Mobile Player always scales up smaller images to fit the available image area within the gallery.
