Topic: Bad image quality

Hi there,

after month of using SVpro I wanted to build up new galleries for my homepage.
I updated to the newest version SVpro and was really shocked about the bad picture quality. I guess something went wrong.

Please have look at this photo:

The original photo was a good compressed jpg in 3883x2589px and 6 MB. The photo looks fine as original. No artefacts at all.

I tried different sizes for my SV gallery:
the default 1024x768 quality 80-99
1024x683 quality 80-99
960x640quality 80-99

The results were similiar bad. I also tried the function resize oder not resize no differences.
Not all photos are looking bad after loading in SVpro. I couldn't figure if there are any differences.

What can I do to get the best result for my galleries?

Is there a possibillity to prepare the gallery photo on photoshop that it is not resized of retouched by SVpro?

Yes. You can prepare all your images in Photoshop first and then deselect the 'Resize Images' checkbox from the 'Image Size' control panel on the 'Images' tab in svBuilder-Pro before adding images to your gallery.
