Topic: Problems upgrading to pro

Hi,
I've followed the instructions to upgrade WP-simpleviewer to Pro, and when I've created a gallery im my post, appears a text saying "SimpleViewer requires JavaScript and the Flash Player. Get Flash.". I have the latest versions of java and flash but when I purchased the Simple Viewer pro, I thought that It doesn't work with flash. Whats wrong?

Thanks

WP-SimpleViewer v2.1.3 supports Universal Playback and will display a gallery using HTML5 on a mobile device or if Adobe Flash Player is not installed or enabled in a user's browser.
Make sure that, when following the instructions for Upgrading to SimpleViewer-Pro, you copy the Pro 'svcore' folder to the correct location.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please post the URL to your gallery so that we can take a look.

Re: Problems upgrading to pro

I do not see the 'SimpleViewer requires JavaScript and the Flash Player. Get Flash.' message on the page you linked to.
It looks like the WP-SimpleViewer plugin has been activated but no gallery has been added to the page.
Instructions for 'Adding a Gallery' can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … er/#create

Also, going directly to:
http://vicentegarijo.com/wp-content/plu … ?ver=2.1.3
... in a browser leads to an error 404 (file not found).
It appears that if you have uploaded your Pro 'svcore' folder, it has been uploaded to an incorrect location.
Make sure that it is located here: wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/

Re: Problems upgrading to pro

Hi,
I'm trying to find a solution. I've uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it again. wp-Simpleviewer works well but wp-simpleviewer pro doesn't work. I'm starting to think that I've spent my money in nothing. If someone could help me, It would be fine.

Thanks

Re: Problems upgrading to pro

Your SimpleViewer-Standard gallery created by WP-SimpleViewer displays fine.
In order to upgrade the plugin to SimpleViewer-Pro, all that is required is that you swap the 'svcore' folder in your wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/ folder with the 'svcore' folder from the SimpleViewer-Pro download package ('simpleviewer_pro_213/web/svcore/').
Use an FTP program such as Filezilla to log into your web space. Navigate toward your wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/ folder and delete the existing 'svcore' folder. Now drag and drop the entire 'svcore' folder from the SimpleViewer-Pro download package into the wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/ folder.
