Topic: Mobile me/simple viewer combination?

I have been using simple viewer with file exporter for years now and have a process that works.
I am trying to use the simple viewer pro for many wonderful reasons non flash being one of them.
I'm treating the files in the same manner but the pages don't load,  I have tried loading flash exporter as suggested, but it times out when I try to log in...
I'd like to simply link to the file that I have shared and have it open.
What is it that simple viewer combined with file exporter is doing differently to the code to make it work so nice?

Re: Mobile me/simple viewer combination?

I am not familiar with Mobile Me but when you mention 'loading flash exporter' it sounds like you have perhaps been using an older version of SimpleViewer which requires embedding a single SWF file in an HTML page.
The current version of SimpleViewer (v2.1.3) requires many more files (in the 'svcore' folder) in order to support Universal Playback: … #universal
This requires a different method of embedding which can be found here: … dding.html
As an example, you could create a gallery with svBuilder-Pro, upload your entire gallery folder to your web server and then embed the gallery in an existing HTML page by using an <iframe> which would load the gallery's HTML index page, eg:

<iframe src="" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Alternatively, you could simply link to the gallery's HTML index page directly using an HTML hyperlink such as:

<a href="">Click here to view gallery</a>

Re: Mobile me/simple viewer combination?

I ended up bringing my laptop to a friend who writes code and he figured out the pathing problem
there was no need to try sharing the folder just upload and path properly SO easy!

I hope that others having these problems can learn from my struggles  :D
Steven Sorry about all the trouble I caused you
