(I am actually using sv as a book viewer, where each photo is really one page of the book.  it works great.  http://book.ivo-welch.info/ed2/sv/ .  I like sv for the simplicity and the handling of content on mobile viewers, such as the ipad.)

alas, I have one problem: is it possible to have thumb images not for every photo, but only for certain photos?  I would like to see a thumb image for each chapter, but not for each page in each chapter.  while this would be great for me, it should also be handy in more common photo viewing contexts if there are TONS of photos.

PS: I could not figure out what v1 and v2 version differences are.  I deleted my readme file a long time ago.  the email receipt did not list the version, so I presumed I have version v1.
