Topic: SVPro Gallery looking really weird..

Hi,

not sure wether this was already discussed, so forgive me if it was..
searched the forum, but didnt find related help, so here is my prob..

I used SV-Pro Builder to create a gallery as explained and it looked really nice in the SV-Pro Builder, then i uploaded the gallery and it looked really weird -

It looks like none of the configured options was passed along to the swf runtime on the website... i used an FTP prog (SmartFTP experience 5+ years) to shoot it up - no error message, no problem during upload..

I verified all folders and files.. and so far the file structure looks like it should - BUT the web gallery looks far from what it supposed to look like..

Any idea, help or advice is highly appreciated,
kind regards, Mike

Here are some screenshots to show the difference:

Re: SVPro Gallery looking really weird..

Yeah, you're right .. after re-installing a new copy of SV-Pro in a clean directory, i finally found the swfobjects.js and made another gallery - so far it looks good - BUT i'm still struggeling with my caption information, which is supposed to be the filename of the picture.

I knew, i had this informatioin there, when i was testing the SV application before i baught SVPro.

Here is the caption configuration:

and her is the link to the result on my website:

What is missing here, or what did i wrong ?

Thanks for your help,
kind regards, Mike

All the captions within your gallery's XML file are empty, ie:

BUT i'm still struggeling with my caption information, which is supposed to be the filename of the picture.

In svBuilder-Pro, open your gallery, select 'Images -> Captions -> Use File Name' (from the drop-down application menu at the top), re-save the gallery on the 'Publish' tab and re-upload your gallery to your web server.

Re: SVPro Gallery looking really weird..

Thanks to both of you for your quick help and support,

after choosing the setting you proposed, everything works like a charm - my fault was to expect this default setting, which is standard in simple viewer, to be available in SVpro as default.
Well nothing to blame about, just me not looking at all the options.

Thanks again for your help,
kind regards, Mike
