Topic: Change background color on full screen - different browsers

Hi everyone!  Hoping to get an answer to a quick question.  I researched this on the forums but haven't found an answer yet that works.  I built these galleries for my girlfriend:

  http://www.jolenekay.com/photos-athletic.html

  When you view them in Firefox or Opera, the code respects the change in the bgcolor and keeps the fullscreen color the same as the light grey on the website page, but if you view it in Safari or Google Chrome, it doesn't change the bg color and it defaults to the darker gray.

  Is there a way to fix the code so that it will change to whatever color I want when it goes fullscreen?

  Please help!

Thank you,
Daniel Scherl

Re: Change background color on full screen - different browsers

p.s.  this is the current code I am using:

<!--START SIMPLEVIEWER EMBED -->
    <script type="text/javascript" src="svcore/js/simpleviewer.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var params={};
    params.bgcolor="888888";
    jQuery(document).ready(function () {
        SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '100%', '100%', 'transparent', true , null, null, params);
    });
    </script>
    <div id="sv-container"></div>
    <!--END SIMPLEVIEWER EMBED -->

Re: Change background color on full screen - different browsers

Your 'params' are in the wrong position in the embedding code. (They should be the 7th parameter, not the 8th.)
Change:

SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '100%', '100%', 'transparent', true , null, null, params);

... to:

SV.simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '100%', '100%', 'transparent', true , null, params);

Please see the 'Embed Code Parameters' section of the SimpleViewer Embedding Guide for details: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/su … tml#params
