Topic: Caption Filename Fixed Setting

Hello,

"To use the filename as the caption, use the "Images" -> "Caption" -> "Use File Name" menu command."

The above works fine but I always forget, then either have to do over or manually edit.

Is there a way to set this as the default, or is there a way to add it to one's Preset file?

Thanks,

Jay Zebryk

It is not possible for svBuilder-Pro to automatically use filenames for captions. It is not simply a setting in the user interface whose value is passed along to the output folder.
It is an action which is performed before the gallery is created.
Even after performing this action once (to populate the caption fields with filenames), if you were to add a new image to your gallery, you would need to perform the action again in order to use the filename for the caption of the new image.

Rats!

Stuff like this must drive you developers nuts. You create powerful magic and then we ask for it in blue with yellow polka dots.

Thanks for the reply,
