Topic: Insert multiple galleries in a AS2 website

ok, I know it looks desprate but I really need to do what you see in the object of the discussion, I need to insert several galleries of simpleviewer inside a website I previously made in AS2
is there any way to do that? even without using the api but just inserting the galleries in something like an Iframe (I'm not a coder, so I don't really know how to do that)
hope someone could help, thanks

Re: Insert multiple galleries in a AS2 website

btw, I found this article, could make any sense? http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14190.html it shows how to embed an swf movie inside a .fla project, both in as3 or as2, does it make any sense?

Instructions for Embedding AutoViewer in a Flash Move can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/autoviewer/pro/ … flashembed
As the page states:

Check the example file here: \examples\Flash Embed\multiple_galleries.fla. This example shows how to load multiple galleries inside a container Flash movie.

Re: Insert multiple galleries in a AS2 website

well, that shows how to load multiple xml in the same gallery istance, it's a bit different from what I want to do, i.e. inserting multiple galleries in different pages of the site

btw, is it possible to get the 1.9 version of simpleviewer? my website is AS2

Re: Insert multiple galleries in a AS2 website

Sorry. My original post referred to AutoViewer and the information within was therefore incorrect.

Embedding SimpleViewer-Pro v2.0 in Flash requires the embedding movie to be ActionScript 3.
Therefore, as you suggest, you will have to use v1.9. Please see the reply to your request for v1.9 in this thread.

Instructions for embedding SimpleViewer-Pro v1.9 in a Flash movie can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pr … flashembed
Hopefully the example in the SimpleViewer Pro v1.9 download package will point you in the right direction.
Try copying and pasting the code for each gallery, giving the functions and variables unique names in each case.
