Topic: Changes cause unintended consequences...

I change my gallery here, online through svmanager after I made the gallery correctly in SV Builder:

http://www.dakna.com/svmanager2/othergalleries/g1/

to have cross fade option.

Now my Thumb Nav Color has black, instead of white, which shows as the selected option.
Same with Image Nav Color.

Help?

Re: Changes cause unintended consequences...

Interesting little problem  wink

What's happening is that your black frame color is overriding the settings for Image Nav Color and Thumb Nav Color whereas it should be the other way around.

I'll fix this in the next release of svManager but in the meantime here is a workaround.

Go into the svManager pro screen, open up the  Image overlay section and change the Image nav color to FEFEFE. Don't use the color picker, just type it in. FEFEFE is very, very nearly white, you won't see the difference but it will fool svManager into saving the setting because it is no longer the default.

Then open up the Thumbnail navigation section and set the Thumb nav color to FEFEFE.

Click the Update all button.

Awesome, thanks for the quick fix...

Another question, might need a new thread, might not...

Can I get my site to have a similar feel as this site also using the password log in feature seen when you click on a photo link using SimpleViewer products alone?

Click Layla for example for password screen...

Re: Changes cause unintended consequences...

You can't do that with svManager. I suggest you post your question in the SimpleViewer Pro forum – somebody over there might know how to do it.
