Topic: New user - can't get gallery to show on ipad

Apologies for such a repeated question - and i have searched this forum for answers.  I am on Simpleviewer Pro 2.3

Can't get my  gallery to show on ipads.

Because 'the mobile version of the gallery is automatically created and is displayed if the user's device does not have the Flash plugin enabled' there can't be anything i've overlooked - or can there.

any help gratefully received.

Try defining your gallery's height as an absolute pixel value rather than 100% as it is not in a parent container (whose height it would fill 100%) and is simply added on to the end of your web page after other elements.
Try changing:

simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '100%', '100%', 'FFFFFF', true);

... to something like:

simpleviewer.load('sv-container', '100%', '800', 'FFFFFF', true);
