Your gallery displays OK on my iPod Touch so should also display OK on your iPad.
Try clearing you browser's cache before reloading your gallery.

Please note that SimpleViewer-Pro uses the Mobile Player to display galleries on mobile devices and in browsers which do not have Adobe Flash Player installed and enabled.
