Topic: Multiple Galleries in one page

Hi there,

i'm using wordpress and simpleviewer 2
and i'm having trouble displaying two different galleries on the same page :
my first gallery works just fine when it's alone on the page,
then, when i paste the same code and change the paths for finding the second one, i get two galleries but they both display the pictures of the second gallery

the website's concerned page is www.illusionite.com/galerie (right now i left only the first slideshow)

here's the code :

and in filezilla it looks like this :

/www/wp-sv/01
-images
-thumbs
-svscore
-diaporama_01.html
-gallery.xml

/www/wp-sv/01
-images
-thumbs
-svscore
-diaporama_01.html
-gallery.xml

i'm quite new at websites !
hope i'll find some help here, i couldn't find the solution by myself, even with the simpleviewer embedding help pages...

thanks in advance

t.

Re: Multiple Galleries in one page

 • Give each gallery a unique 'flashvars' variable name.

 • If both galleries are on the same page, then you need only load a single instance of the 'simpleviewer.js' file on the page.

 • Your simpleviewer.load() lines have too many parameters (the maximum number of parameters that the function accepts is nine). Please see the Embed Code Parameters section of the SimpleViewer Embedding Guide for details.

 • Your baseURLs should each have a trailing slash. (Your second baseURL currently does not.)

Try the following embedding code:

Re: Multiple Galleries in one page

thanks Steven, for the help

not working yet though
if i modify the code bit by bit, it seems to stop working when i add "1" after the flashvars
any idea why ?
