Topic: fullscreen IE8

Hello! I'm Alex, and I have a problem with simpleviewer gallery. It displays fullscreen mode at Chrome, Safari and Firefox, but full screen mode isn't showed in IE8. I click the button but nothing, it doesn't work. Can you help me?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure that your gallery uses the most recent version of SimpleViewer-Pro (v2.3.1). Please see the Upgrading SimpleViewer-Pro page if necessary.

  • Make sure that your IE8 browser has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.

  • Clear your IE8 browser's cache before reloading your gallery to ensure that your browser is not hanging onto and using older versions of your gallery files.

  • Try clicking the fullscreen button in the FOREST, MACRO or COLORS SimpleViewer-Pro demo galleries here to see if it works in your IE8 browser.
