Topic: Modify the thumbnails on hover

Hello, Gentlemen ...
I wonder if we have the possibility to change the thumbnails on mouse hover. For example, place the thumbnails in black and white and change them for the hover color thumbnails.
Help me.

This is not possible.
The only changes that can be made to the thumbnails on hover are to change the thumbnail frame width and color via the thumbHoverFrameWidth and thumbFrameHoverColor configuration options.
