Hi,
I would like to thank you in advance for your work and for being indulgent with my poor english  :)
My question :
Is there a way to fit/adjust width caption in mobile version of simpleviewer to relative picture width ?
I hope you will know what I mean  :D

No. In the Mobile Player, the caption area always spans the entire width of the gallery.
