Topic: Only part of gallery shows in imbedded page

I created a gallery and placed the files in Dropbox. When I first called those files to my Godaddy website builder it worked wonderfully and I could see the entire gallery in my browser window. But without any reason I can understand, now only a portion of the gallery appears, as though the settings for how much of the gallery is seen constrain the view to only a portion of the gallery. I can see a few of the thumbnails and a very thin line that represents the main image.

When I click the full screen icon, I get everything as it should be, so I know everything is setup correctly in the Dropbox. I’ve tried placing the HTML code box in various places on the screen and entering code. I’ve redone all the files. I’ve created brand new pages. Nothing makes it return to the whole gallery.

This is the code I use to call the gallery: <iframe src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/63228495/sv60sNYC/index.html" width=“900" height=“800" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

I have not set this website up, so cannot point you to the specific page.
Thank you for your help.

Mike

Re: Only part of gallery shows in imbedded page

I notice that the opening quotes for your iframe's width and height attributes are not standard double quotes (" - ASCII Dec 34) but left double quotation mark characters (“ - ASCII Dec 147). Therefore, they do not match the closing double-quotes and the browser may not be able to render the iframe's dimensions correctly because of this.

Try changing:

<iframe src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/63228495/sv60sNYC/index.html" width=“900" height=“800" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

.. to:

<iframe src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/63228495/sv60sNYC/index.html" width="900" height="800" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Hopefully this will solve your problem.

Re: Only part of gallery shows in imbedded page

Are you a sharp-eyed genius or what, Steven? That worked perfectly, and I am so glad because I think SV-Pro is a wonderful program that does a fantastic job for my web site and I was hoping there would be a solution so I could use it.

Thank you so much.
