Topic: Freeze the top of a web page in GoDaddy

I am not sure where to post this so I am going ahead and putting it here.

I have a website that I created using GoDaddy's WebSite Tonight several years ago.  I want to improve the site and one of the first things I that I want to do is freeze the top of the website that has our logo so that it does not move when you scroll down the page.

Here is the website:

I contacted the tech guys at Go Daddy and they said I had to write code to do this but they could not assist me.  I have researched this in HTML forums and CSS forums but I am just getting more confused.  I am not a Web Designer but an Architect & General Contractor and I am way over my head.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks in advance

This is a forum for support with our image viewer SimpleViewer-Pro.
Your query does not seem to be related to SimpleViewer-Pro and would be better directed towards a general web design forum which deals with HTML and CSS queries.

However, this forum thread might point you in the right direction.
Otherwise, a web search with the terms 'scroll page keep header' turns up several other web pages with relevant information which may help you.
