Topic: URGENT - Pro paid - no more access to pro functions

Hi,
I absolutly have to post photo's with the pro version of simple viewer.
I officially paid for the pro version some years ago. It has always been working well until today, I saw that my version was back to the non pro version ! :( .
I have to send them by tomorrow.
How is that possible ?

A SimpleViewer-Pro gallery cannot change into a SimpleViewer-Standard gallery without the Pro 'svcore' folder within the gallery being replaced by the Standard 'svcore' folder.
I do not know enough about your scenario to know how or why this may have happened (perhaps your web site was restored using backup files from a time when you were using SimpleViewer-Standard) but make sure that your gallery uses the 'svcore' folder from the SimpleViewer-Pro download zip package ('simpleviewer_pro_231/web/svcore/').
