I have added a scroll bar. And text at the bottom of the page. I would like to add links to the text. Like a navigation bar for a web site. I have add the text and links using dreamweaver. The page loads and shows the rollover color. But the link is not active?????

Sounds like you have an issue with your HTML code, which is beyond the scope of this forum. To add a HTML hyperlink use this syntax:
<a href="mywebpage.html">my link text</a>I am not that proficient with coding yet. Where do I put that piece of code?
