I´d like to know how to change TITLE font (size and type)

I want "ABRIGOS" in Myriad bold 14px as example.

Hello,

I have looked at this faq which is very helpful but does anybody know how to put the title in bold as well ?
I have tried adding 

weight="bold"

but it doesn't work. Any idea ? Im not really familiar with xml as you can see ! ;)
