Topic: It doesn't work

I've just purchased the Pro version and uploaded a sample gallery on our web server and no images show. Everything appears to load, but no images.

Now... the odd thing is, I think it has something to do with our web server in that it's case sensitive. Mac OSX XSan system... are case sensitive with serving web. When I view the gallery locally off of my machine it works fine.

Can you help?

Oh... here's an example link: http://www.jnlcom.com/z_ffa/

Thanks,

Re: It doesn't work

I've read *gasp* the FAQs and saw the hotlink thing... I'm checking with our IT guy about that, but I'm pretty certain that if it's on, he won't turn it off. Is there another way around it? Also, he may not know what this is, and is it something thats a standard on web servers or off by default?

Re: It doesn't work

After speaking with our IT director, he assured me that we do not have Hotlinks active on our web server. Says he's thought about using it due to the fact that we host a lot of videos, but he says we don't. Could there be anything else causing the problem? Any help you can give would be great as we plan to use it with a large project.

The project is a new web site companion for a FFA magazine. Lots of kids and lots of galleries. I can send you the link to see it's current state if you'd like.

Thanks,
Shawn

Re: It doesn't work

after you mentioned a corrupt xml file.We have apache configured to output/parse xml as a php page, so we can use php to auto create our sitemaps on our sites... this could be a problem. Guess I'll have to create a php version of the xml file.

Sorry for the troubles.
