I seemed to see my header and footer (using example from the simpleviewer page) in I.E. but I lost the header and footer in Firefox. I think that maybe they are there, but the size of the <div> is making them not viewable (off the screen). I will post again in a day or two with some samples of the page which can be viewed in both I.E and Firefox and the difference can be seen between the browsers.
