Topic: enable ImageDownScaling with fixedLayout true

hi,

i need to edit option.as and to put fixedLayout==true

but need to have a scaling image to max or mini like if fixedLayout==false

can i use a syntax like :

static var imageAreaWidth:Number = 100%; //width of Image Area

or put a line like :

static var enableImageDownScaling:Boolean = true;

in //Fixed Layout Positions (OPTIONAL) area

thx ++ big_smile

Re: enable ImageDownScaling with fixedLayout true

If you are using fixedLayout, enableImageDownScaling is set to true by default.

Re: enable ImageDownScaling with fixedLayout true

but my problem is of flash object area, i would like to use fixedLayout=true and have the possibility to resize this flash object gallery with the broswer, expresly if someone have a large screen and want to see a larger image directly.

Re: enable ImageDownScaling with fixedLayout true

I've been looking into this as well.  While it seems possible to have a resizable gallery with non downscaling images, there is no option for the opposite. It would be great if we could layout elements as we like, while keeping the downscaling on.

Re: enable ImageDownScaling with fixedLayout true

Hello,

Using SV 1.9 pro.

I have had great success with SV so far, there is just one thing I think must be possible with a small code tweak in StageManager.as - I think. I have tried a few tweaks but no luck yet.

I need my images to downscale.

When I resize the SWF the ThumbArea (all thumbnails and arrows) align to the centre on the (Y) axis. How can I stop them from moving ....without setting fixedlayout=true and doing it that way (because then you don't get imagedownscaling)?

Many thanks
